And, by the way, there are no charges or consulting fees for our pre-sales services.
Delivery and Unloading
As a full-service company, Stone Theory will coordinate shipments and deliveries directly to your specified job site or yard. Usually, deliveries are at no charge. Depending, however, on quantities ordered, sometimes delivery charges may apply and are quoted on our Supply Proposals. Generally, you might find delivery charges on smaller quantities of product.
When our product reaches its destination, buyers need to arrange for prompt unloading of the truck(s). Trucks usually cannot exceed certain time windows for unloading. If needed, Stone Theory offers unloading services. Buyers can schedule unloading services in advance. We will bring equipment and men-power to your site to meet the trucks as they arrive. Minimum two days’ notice is required for this service. The unloading service is usually also quoted in our Supply Proposals.
Masonry Service
Natural Stone is a beautiful product, both in its natural, irregular form and as it gets squared up by saw operations or split by guillotine at the quarries. In any case, when it comes to install your stone, it is important you select experienced stone masons, in order to assure the great outcome you expect. If desired, Stone Theory can direct you to its Masonry partner company, for free estimates and services. You will also be able to see local installations in the area upon request.
